    hi how's everything?just want to ask, if matapos na yung 15 months na monthly payment, ilang taon pa babayaran yung 10,412 by the bank?

    if mag avail ako ng house hindi naman ba ako mahihirapan?saka ilang months bago malipatan yung house?

      Hi @Francois... Depende po sa capabilty nyo. Kung may permanent source of income naman po sila hindi po kayo mahihirapan. :)
